The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) and Management of Kwahu Afram Plains South District Assembly on Wednesday, 22nd June, 2021 had a stakeholders orientation on the Roll out and use of the Ghana Electronic Procurement System (GHANEPS).
The purpose of the stakeholders orientation was to introduce management and some selected staff of the Assembly to the Ghana Electronic Procurement System (GHANEPS).
The lead facilitator, Mr Ebenezer Opoku Agyemang in his presentation mentioned that GHANEPS had come to regularise all procurement process in the MDAs and MMDAs.
He stated that the Ghana Electronic Procurement System will improve integrity of procurement through transparency and also reduce corruption and procurement mal-practices.
